What are, in your opinion, the main advantages of working here?

For me, there is so many advantages of working for LBG. Firstly its the people you get to work with, pooling our resources and strengths to deliver for our customers. In relation to your reward package, there is the ability to select benefits that suit your lifestyle for example Dental Cover, Cycle to Work and Matched Learning. There is something for everyone including the ability to work agilely dependent on business needs. I come to work every single day feeling ready to tackle whatever may happen and leave the day motivated by everything I have achieved.

I definitely agree with Ryan and would also add the breadth of opportunity across the Group. I know lots of colleagues who have undertaken roles in different divisions across their careers. Additionally, the options for flexibility and balancing work and life are great.
