Hi! I would say the top three soft skills that I have developed since joining would definitely be problem solving, teamwork/collaboration and resilience. I find myself solving small problems everyday and it gets much easier with practice! There's not a day I don't get to collaborate with a team or an individual to get different perspectives and inputs into what I am working on - it's so great to get diverse views to help you develop the best answer to a problem. And resilience is key when you are managing fast changing priorities or when things don't always go the way you planned - it's important to be able to bounce back quickly.
