How are Rotational Placements assigned?

This depends on your scheme! I am currently on the finance scheme and your placements are decided by your cohort lead (which is someone who is assigned to a cohort of grads each year) you will sit down and have a development conversation with them and they will align your development skills to a placement. However, I know it works differently for different schemes!
