Would you say that you have a good work/life balance?

Hi Emily, thank you for your question and welcome to the live chat :) In my personal experience there is a lot of flexibility offered by Lloyds to help with work/life balance. We can work from home 3 days a week and there is flexibility in work time as well, so you can start early, or late. There is also no expectation to work overtime, it's the opposite actually, people are pointing out if you are sending emails too late in the evening. :) My line manager is also very supporting and I can always go to her in case I need some additional flexibility or some emergency time off.
