What are the application process and when can one start making applications?

Hi Wogunka, The first step is an online assessment which can include situational judgment questions etc. The next stage is Step 2: Job insight assessment. This stage gives you a better understanding of the type of work you might get involved with as a graduate and it allows LBG to assess how you approach different challenges in a variety of true-to-life situations. This would typically also include the video interview elements. Once you are successful in the Job insight assessment, you will receive an invitation to the final stage of the application process which is a full day of assessments (via Microsoft Teams).

Hi If you are applying for an Internship you won't do the full day Assessment. If successful you will be offered after the Job Insight Assessment stage.
