That's great to hear! Throughout the graduate scheme so far I’ve met so many people with such a diverse set of skills and experiences.
Research the company's values and goals (e.g. people first, trust and bold), then tailor your application to showcase how your skills and experiences align with their needs. Highlight your relevant experiences, such as any financial or customer service background, and emphasise your ability to adapt, problem-solve, and contribute to the team.

Hey there, it's great to hear that you're excited about applying to Lloyds Banking Group.
As Andres said Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) is very diverse and you'll find people with different skills, experiences and backgrounds. There's so many different roles available at Lloyds and so there's many opportunities to contribute.
If LBG is the place for you then I would advise you to research the organisation, many people think we're just a bank but we offer quite a few different products and are spread out in multiple sectors such as Housing (Citra) and Transport (Lex Autolease and Tusker).
Be prepared to show why you're interested in Lloyds Banking Group, what is it about Lloyds that appeals to you and why do you think Lloyds Banking Group is for you - in terms of fit and aspirations...
Understanding the values, mission and purpose of the bank will help you shape your answers and let you know what qualities you focus on.
Remember, it's not just about what you can bring to the company, but also about how the company can help you grow both personally and professionally. Lloyds offers numerous opportunities for learning and development, so it's a great place to start your career.
Good luck with your application!

Thank you very much for your reply. I came to England as an international student, with more than 17 years of working experience in one of the best banks in my country and I am very eager to expand my experience as a bank employee.I am aware of the differences between the banking system in my country and the UK and I am very keen to have the opportunity to understand these differences further.
