What skills are required to become a Data Scientist/ Data Analyst with Lloyds?

What qualifications would I need before I apply onto the Data Science and Analytics Scheme? Also, I believe the application has now closed, do you know roughly when it will reopen? Also, what skills are required to become a Data Scientist/ Analyst?

Hi Hanifah!
There are no requirements for specific qualifications when applying for the Data Science and Analytics graduate scheme. The only requirement is that you have achieved (or are on track to achieve) a 2:2 or equivalent at university, but this can be on any course. In terms of skills, the application process will assess data handling, numeracy and problem solving skills, as well as some understanding of general data science/analytics topics. There may also be a coding assessment, but more details around that will be available when the applications open again in Autumn this year.
