Thanks for the question. It depends when you apply. You have 14 days to do the first OLT and then if successful you will be invited within a few days to the next stage which is Job Insight Assessment, You have 7 days to complete that test. After that it then depends on the Assessment Centre dates and the availablity in those assessment centres. The assessment centres run from December thtough to February and sometimes March if we need them. Unfortunately, it means it can be quite a long process for some people but we will keep you updated with timescales long the way

It might varies depends on when you applied for the role. For me, I applied in October 2023 and received the offer in April 2024. I went through online assessment, job insight assessment, and finally the assessment centre. They would send you email to let you know what is the next step, so it would be good to check you email box (and junk folder) regularly.
