Additional information

Hi, I have been reading on your assessment centre guideance that you have a business casual dress code for the day. At my current firm this is defined to be a shirt and trousers with no tie. Could you please define what business casual is at Lloyds? It’s just it would feel strange attending an interview without a tie! Thanks

We do consider business casual as shirt, trousers and no tie. My recommendation is suit and a tie for gents, just personal preference on what I would wear to an interview but you wont be marked down for it if you don't.
