My advice for the recruitment process is to be prepared for each stage as best you can. Ie know why you want the placement and why you think you would suit the role. I would also say that the recruitment process is more about showing your future potential than where you're at now. So personally, I didn't have a strong background in coding but showed strong enthusiasm to learn.

In addition what are the next steps of an interview with Lloyds until final?

Currently as i said i have passed my first assessment and did the numerical and coding challenge

I think there was another step in between the coding test and assessment centre where there was some questions and recorded video interviews which sounds very daunting I know

I think it is best to focus on one step at a time and not worry too much about the next step in the process
