Yes, I graduated in June 2021 and joined LBG in September 2021. Lloyds is very welcoming, and the onboarding process was smooth (even for an international student like me). The emerging talent team was contact with me from time to time even before my first day, and there was more support once I joined. From daily line manager check-in meeting to frequent ask me anything sessions, there were multiple opportunities for me to raise my concerns that helped me adjust to the change.
