I want to get into investment & corporate banking. should I pick commercial banking or risk graduate scheme and why?

Hi Hanahn, Thank you for your question and its really great to hear you have a career plan already as this is sometime I advocate and use today. In relation to specific schemes, what I would recommend is looking at both schemes, and see what areas will provide you the greatest stretch. LBG is a fantastic place to work in that you can move areas (with quite a variety available). In my 4 years, I have worked across Business customers, Branch, Customer Services and Customer Financial Assistance . Whilst I don't have experience in those areas you mention, I would focus on your transferable skills which will grant you the ability to get to where you want in LBG.
