What does growth and development look like here?

Hi, In my experience, Lloyds Banking Group takes growth and development very seriously. I am encouraged to regularly set myself challenging, but achievable objectives. With these in hand, I am able to spend time outside of my day to day role on development activities, including undertaking formal qualifications. For example, over the summer I was awarded the Google Cloud Platform Associate Cloud Engineer certification. I feel confident speaking to my line manager about setting time aside for working on the things that will allow me to achieve my ambitions. It's also recognised that development isn't always about technical skills. I am constantly given opportunities to undertake 'masterclass' type sessions on a wide range of topics, such as resilience or purpose. These can be very interesting and allow me to think outside the box a little! All the best with you career search.
