Hi David! For our graduate schemes, you must have achieved (or be on track to) a 2:2 degree or above from any university in the world. In terms of sponsorship/visa requirements, Lloyds Banking Group offers sponsorship within particular skills areas. For Graduate schemes, it is Technology Engineering and Data Science and Analytics. Both of these programmes are still open for applications.
