What would you say is the most fulfilling part of your job at Lloyd’s?

Hi Shaunagh, thank you for your question and welcome to the live chat :) For me personally the most fulfilling part of my job is the impact I get to have and the trust from my team and the business. I have attended a Hackathon with some other graduates a few weeks after joining and our idea was taken forward and we got to present it to some of the directors which was a really great experience and was very surprised how keen they were to hear from us.
