Hey, thank you for the question! The culture in Lloyd’s is what drove me to apply to the company! Everyone is extremely inclusive and I have colleagues from different backgrounds and different parts of the world. One thing that really positively surprised me is how everyone is curious to understand better every culture and respect it. For example some of my colleagues, when there was a festivity in their country, brought food and explained us what the festivity was about! Definitely all cultures and backgrounds are appreciated here!
