Hi thank you for your your question. The culture in Lloyd’s is definitely what it stood out to me from the beginning. You can feel how it aligns with everyone that works in the bank, everyone is there to help you and to help you to develop the right skills to make you succeed in whatever you want to do. People are extremely nice to everyone! There are so many amazing initiatives, from events to help you bonding with other colleagues, fundraising and charity events but also calls to make people aware of many different topics.
