Hi Sameera, okay, assuming you have definitely completed the online assessment, this shouldn’t be a problem at all and it should have gone through. There are a couple of things you can do. Try to re-open the online assessment link and see if it takes you onto a page which says you’ve completed it. It may be worth contacting LBG via email to double check that it has gone through - they will have provided an email throughout the recruitment process.

Thank you for the help. I also wanted to ask, why is team work in this role so important? is there a lot of work that you would be completing as a team? if so, how do you get recognised as an individual and how do you dveelop as an individual in this role of a sustainable consumer banking graduate

Hi again, and no worries. Team work and collaboration are so important at LBG. Any position you are in, you'll be part of small teams which form a part of a much wider team that make up the organisation. Although there will be some individual tasks, you'll likely be regularly meeting with colleagues to work on projects together. This means that communication is key. In terms of being recognised and development, I really wouldn't worry about this at all! LBG is fantastic at recognising it's employees for their hard work, e.g., we have great rewards systems in place for hard work such as Valued (where employees are valued for their work). As a graduate/new-starter, LBG and your line manager will help you to get involved with as much as possible, so there's a huge emphasis on your development, e.g., I am not too clued up on excel so my manager has helped me to attend webinars and do modules to improve this.
