How is this company promoting diversity?

Diversity and Inclusion are hugely promoted in the bank in various ways. It's one of our core values and therefore is taken extremely seriously. We have large, group-wide networks such as BOLD (The Black Organisation for Leadership and Development) and REACH (The Race, Ethnicity and Cultural Heritage Network) which run regular events highlighting topical themes/issues, as well as smaller networks within our various workstreams. We also receive group-wide internal training on how to create inclusive & psychologically safe environments. As a woman of colour myself, I can say hand on heart that LBG is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
