Corporate Banking & Markets Graduate
Yes, most of the graduate schemes offer professional qualifications. These will be detailed on the graduate careers website, but the Corporate Banking & Markets graduate scheme offers: 2 years of CFA or CIMA

Emerging talent ensures that the professional qualification for your scheme is relevant to your scheme/work. For example I am currently on the Sustainable Consumer Banking scheme and I will be completing the CIMA qualification.

Hi Keatan, This is something that is definitely possible but it will depend on your personal circumstances. Learning is very encouraged in Lloyds Banking Group and is an important part of the culture, so you will be able to discuss that with your line manager. Personally, I am doing an HR Grad scheme but have already done the most popular HR qualification during my studies so I was allowed to do a professional qualification from another graduate stream - I have chosen the Chartered Banker Diploma, which is usually done as a part of the Business and Commercial scheme. So my case
definitely shows that Lloyds will not be stopping your development but will support it!
