What has been the most interesting project or initiative you have worked on with Lloyds?

I worked on a project trying to understand the impacts of Bank of England base rate increases on household incomes. I found this very interesting as it was very pertinent to the current economic environment - it also allowed me to discuss my own research to clients and colleagues that was not something that could be easily looked up from google etc!

Think it depends on your interests but for me working on some app re-development for my product area to make it more customer friendly and aesthetic.
