Are there any internal sustainability efforts in LBG that graduates can volunteer in(once the roles are assigned)?

There is a lot of sustainability work at Lloyds! As a grad I have had a chance to set up a sustainability working group in my area, and we do lots of activities e.g. tree planting, and also making sure we are helping Lloyds meet their sustainability goals!

Of course, there are many routes. There are numerous volunteering opportunities which anyone can take part in (we get allocated a certain number of working days for volunteering) or you can also become a Sustainability Influencer..

Thank you for your answers Mia and Amna. Amna I see that your job role is related to sustainability. Are many opportunities to join a sustainability focused role after the scheme ends?

This is something I would discuss with emerging talent for your scheme. From my perspective, sustainability is a core value for LBG and is imperative for all areas of the Bank wherever you work. After the scheme ends, the opportunities are endless as you can look to join whatever area of the Bank interests you. For example, my scheme is in Consumer Banking but I can look to work in Commercial, IB, Tech etc… There are many roles in sustainability across the Bank and you can certainly go into those roles if you choose to pursue it after the scheme.
