Hi, it depends on what role you apply for. For my grad scheme (sustainable consumer banking), it was a video interview, then a job insights assessment, followed by an assessment centre - 3 stages total. These assess different things but were made up of different activities and questions. The recruitment process was fun and engaging. I was asked loads of different questions based on my personality, ways of working and what Im looking for in a career. The induction was fun where I got set up with the tech and met all the grads. Everyone is super nice throughout the process.

Hi, from the University of Bedfordshire, me and my team we are working on a group assignment for class presentation on Lloyds Banking Group Recruitment, Selection and Induction process. I see your application process but the induction process and what the Bank does to assist new employees to settle in and blend into the system can be really useful to me and my team right now.
