Hi, It will depend on what year you are at university. 1) If you are in your penultimate year: you can apply for our Industrial Placements: https://www.lloydsbankinggrouptalent.com/our-opportunities/undergraduates/ 2) If you are in your penultimate or final year of study, then please have a look at our summer internships: https://www.lloydsbankinggrouptalent.com/our-opportunities/undergraduates/summer-internships/ 3) If you are in your final year or have graduated then the graduate scheme will be your best option: https://www.lloydsbankinggrouptalent.com/our-opportunities/graduates/

Moreover, you don't have to have a degree in the area you are applying to as it's all about your interests and strengths rather than experience.Yes 100%, I myself was an international student as I came from Poland to the UK to do both my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. In terms of sponsorship/visa requirements, Lloyds Banking Group offers sponsorship within particular skills areas. For Graduate schemes, it is Technology Engineering and Data Science and Analytics.

It can definitely help to show your skills and strengths across the recruitment process. However, it's not indispensable to have industry experience.
