Thank you for your question. You do not necessarily need any work experience to apply for a role in Finance. If you are interested in joining one of the Graduate Programmes the vacancies will open during September this year for our 2025 intake. As long as you have a minimum 2:2 degree or equivalent and have the correct right to work in the UK then you can apply.
