How do you keep motivated in your career?

Thanks for your question. Personally, what keeps me motivated is having a purpose and working to objectives to fulfil that purpose. Variety in my work also helps and being able to develop new skills. I get all of this with my work in the recruitment team. It is important that you understand what motivates you and work with your manager to support this.
