From a graduate’s perspective, there is defintiely a willingness to create an atmosphere of deep learning and development. You are given a large amount of responsibility for the start which I really enjoy. You are treated as a valued member of the team.

Hi! I’ve personally found the working culture great! They really encourage you to get involved with taking on different responsibilities and learning opportunities! They also really encourage networking and building connections so there’s plenty of opportunity to do so! There’s also a lot of different things which are organised in terms of work socials, networking events and other fun things that anyone can get involved in :)

There is an amazing culture at Lloyds and I have really experienced that first hand. Everyone has a willingness to help and support you no matter your seniority or experience. There is a great work life balance too and open honest communication is encouraged

Hi! I am so pleased to read your positive experiences. I have applied to the HR graduate scheme, and I would be interested in working to maintain and improve on this great working culture. It is great to hear the trust that Lloyds Banking Group have in their graduates to work on important projects, whilst also being very supportive. Thank you for your help.

Hi - So I'm a Masters (final year) student. I saw on LBG website that "[internships] are Open for students in their penultimate or final year of study.". Am I eligible for both intern and grad scheme? Thank you.

Hi Qinqing we can only take 1 application per candidate to our programmes so please research both our internships and Graduate programmes and decide which would be best for you. The internships are typically 8 weeks long and Graduate programmes are 2 years minimum.
