Occupational Psychology Graduate
Hi Emily, hope you are well! Brilliant question! I think the type skills that would be great for a grad is to just be open and curious, ask lots of questions feel free and open to as everyone is very welcoming

Hi Emily. I would say the best skills to have and develop as a HR graduate are: relationship management, emotional intelligence and being able to adapt to different situations. I also agree with Ozair, a key part of working at Lloyds is to stay curious and ask questions

Hi everyone, I was wondering if there is an "age limit" for the grad roles ie someone who graduated from university over ten years ago, someone who is looking for a career change, and is keen to use their transferable skills to embark on a new path in an area that has interested for some time.

Hi. There is no age limit to apply for the Graduate Programmes. As long as you have the equivalent of a 2:2 or above undergraduate degree or if you are applying for the Occupational Psychology Programme you need a Master's accredited by the BPS. We welcome applications from anyone who meets the minimum eligibility. Which role are thinking of applying for?

Thank you for your answer Phillipa. That is great to hear as I meet the minimum eligibility criteria. I am applying for the HR role.
