Hello! I would definitely say picking up on key soft skills which will be assessed throughout the process such as team work, adaptability and communication. If you’re currently at university you should be able to pick these up through getting involved with societies at university and/or attending external networking events or insight daysIf you are currently working you should be able to pick these up through work projects and working with your colleagues.Other tips that would be useful would definitely be practicing online tests beforehand and familiarising yourself with LBG’s values and seeing how you align with these too As well as understanding your motivations for both HR and for Lloyds

Completely echo what Celine has just said! I’d also add try and increase your data management skills- it’s something I’ve upskilled on since joining LBG and it’s certainly helped me a lot.
