I’ve done some work through my university with ENABLE Scotland and had a role helping with neurodiverse young people. Interested to here what things Lloyds do with charities / how they diversify the workforce

Hey! There are a lot of different initiatives that Lloyds has. For example through the networks we have at Lloyd’s such as ACCESS (for neurodiverse and colleagues with disabilities), BOOST (social mobility), REACH (ethnicity) and so much more too! There are lots of opportunities to volunteer as a graduate through playing an active part in networks but also in terms of outreach in the community too.Specifically on the HR graduate scheme - DE&I is a rotation available to do. And, within HR there are lots of opportunities to learn more and get involved such as the recent learning day we did where the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team led on launching a new disability e-module and increasing colleague awareness at Lloyds

People and Places Graduate

LBG has several colleague networks everyone is welcome to join, these include Breakthrough, ACCESS, BOLD, Boost, Family Matters, Rainbow, and REACH. Each have their own platform full of information on their campaigns, access to podcasts, articles, and other members of the network who offer mentorship.

Hi Erin, at LBG there are a lot of great initiatives in the DE&I space - there are many employee resource groups such as Rainbow which I have joined since I started my grad scheme and there is ACCESS netowrk which aims to support colleagues with disabilities, long term health conditions and neurodiversity - this also includes allies who want to learn more about the topic of inclusivity. There are plenty of volunteering opportunities for graduates. Our biggest partner charity is Crisis which helpes people experiencing homelessness but there is really lots of opportunities.
