Hi, I have applied for the HR Graduate scheme and would love to know what you all enjoy most about working with Lloyds?

Hi! For me so far it’s been the people I’ve met. Everyone has been so welcoming in my first few weeks here and has really helped me when I’ve needed it! I’ve also made great friends with some of the other HR grads and apprentices!

Hi Rachel, I love the people i work with and the extensive types of roles available. I celebrated 20 years with LBG this year and i have never looked back. I have learnt so much from my time here and made some long lasting relationships. We learn and grow together as an organisation which i love

Hi Rachel, for me it's an inclusive, friendly and supportive culture which means that I can ask questions to anyone knowing that I will be supported and encouraged in my professional growth. So agree with everyone above!

What would be an important aspect for you and your career?

One of my favorite things about working for Lloyds is the passion everyone has to learning. There is access to hundreds of online courses and my team are very supportive of me introducing them to the things I learn, especially AI.

I most enjoy the different people you get to collaborate with all throughout the business. Also the impact and variety of work is exciting.

Thank you all for your responses so far, and congratulations Natalie on celebrating 20 years with LBG! I also place great value on team work and working with others. Working in a friendly supportive environment is extremely important to me especially as I start out my career and hope to develop me skills set further. In addition as mentioned I feel Lloyds would allow variety in my career and provide me with a chance to grow and learn new things!
