Is everyone else's Job insight assessment for the HR grad role geared towards sustainable banking as opposed to HR?

Hi! Mine was aimed towards sustainable banking initiatives too! I think they're designed to test more general soft skills and mathematical ability rather than job specific skills!

It does depend on the scheme you are applying for, however the HR grad Job Insight Assessment does speak to Sustainability. Sustainable is one of our Values which fits nicely into our assessments :-) How did you find the assessment?

i would say out of all the grad schemes I’ve applied to the Lloyds assessment centre was one that I thought asked more relatable questions and was engaging rather than some of the other ones I have done. Especially the video interview. Best of luck for the assessment! :)
