Bold. All graduates and apprentices are encouraged and empowered to accelerate Lloyds' transformation. It suprised me when joining how much trust is given to graduates to drive forward the pace of change. Also, our people are really put first, with a great work life balance and an emphasis on professional development.

Hiya! I would say all of them are important. But it is worth noting that LBG is currently going through a huge digital transformation so being bold’ would be important here.Especially as a graduate! Bringing a fresh perspective to your team, not being afraid to do things differently and being open to constantly learn up-skill yourself too.

Hi Macie, I'd say that at LBG, "Putting People First" is at the heart of everything we do. Whether it's employee well-being through flexible working or mental health support, and career development opportunities. For customers, as we really spend a lot of time thinking about how what we do helps us deliver the best outcomes for customers. There is also a lot of focus on fostering an inclusive, diverse culture where everyone feels valued - many companies talk about DE&I but at Lloyds you really see that in action!!

Hi Macie. Hope you are well. Great question. All the values are important and are embodied in the different work we do. People First is a key one for all business areas. In HR our colleagues are the"people" and it is important that they feel included and engaged in order to support their own customers in other parts of Lloyds Banking Group. Inclusivity is also a key value. Creating a diverse workforce from people of all different backgrounds is important but ensuring inclusivity is the key part of this. This is done by valuing everyone's opinion and input, we have various employee groups that also support this

Thank you all for your responses. LBG sounds like an incredibly people-focused company, both in terms of customers and colleagues. I have spoken to different Lloyds employees about the success of all the different Lloyds Networks, particularly the Breakthrough Network which has addressed lots of different issues from menopause to maternity support for workers. Are there any other inclusivity topics that Lloyds go above to discuss that are often neglected by other organisations?
