Hello, great question! So i have an answer for each of your questions :)In terms of a typical day, i think one thing to be aware of and ready for is to be adaptable - no two days are the same and there is always exciting projects and areas to get involved in. On a personal level, I have found that line managers are really aware of the different competencies required to attain chartership within occupational psychology and a lot of the projects and tasks link into this very well!In terms of tips and what employers are looking for, my best advice to you would be to be yourself! I think what I’ve found is that they are looking for people who are bold, able to be themselves and look at fresh and innovative ways to support the business. To prepare I would say to definitely look at what sort of things you are interested in, what sort of areas that LBG are involved in and how you can contribute - in other words what fresh ideas you can bring!
