If everything went to plan, what would the expected start date be roughly?

For the HR graduate scheme

The HR scheme starts in September 2025. This year it started 16th September if that gives you a rough idea, but the date may be different for next year.

I’m autistic and would struggle being in the office everyday, are there remote opportunities or a mix of both available?

Most of our office-based colleagues have the option to work from home for three days a week, and this can even be extended to five days a week over the summer. 

Hi, yes we currently work a mix of in the office and at home. There is a minimum requirement to be in your chosen location 2 days a week.

thats amazing, would I be expected To use my own computer etc when WFM?

You will be provided with a laptop when you start to use both in and out of the office. You can also get accessories to make working from home easier, such as a monitor or laptop stand.

If I’m not successful in Getting this scheme as I know it’s competitive, are there other similar ones out there for Scotland? I’m struggling to find them online.

This is the only graduate programme for HR in Scotland . There are other opportunities in our Scottish offices but they will be for specific roles and not programmatic. All our vacancies are on our website. I hope you are successful in the role you want though.
