That’s a great question! I think the best way to make a meaningful impact is to be bold! Ask lots of questions and don’t be afraid to give your opinion. What I have found in my time here is that a lot of our ideas are really taken on board and the business has a really welcoming approach to them. So definitely ask lots of questions, be curious and don’t be afraid to voice your opinion

Great question - I am only a month in so I sometimes ask myself the same thing. The best way to have a meaningful impact is to make connections across the business and be proactive rather than reactive. As Lloyds are going through a massive transformation, they welcome graduates questioning processes and staying curious throughout their career.

A good way to make a meaningful impact is listen and ask questions to those around you- always ask 'why?' and do not feel afraid to ask people for more information on what they do.

I would echo everything in the chat already and perhaps also add saying ‘yes’ to lots of different things. Lloyds gives so many different opportunities to graduates to get involved with extra work, volunteering and networking opportunities and I would say try to get involved with as much as you can!
