What are the biggest challenges in HR at the moment for Lloyds?

Great question! I would say not so much a challenge but definitely to keep an eye on in the wider industry and definitely a focus for Lloyds too is the rapid growth within the tech and AI space. This does mean that a lot of roles perhaps within HR that were historically very administrative heavy will look different within the near future. On the graduate scheme in HR specifically we are encouraged to up-skill here with a lot of graduates already being placed in non-traditional HR roles’ such as roles require you to use PowerBI or other software that was not previously used. However - LBG is very big on learning so as a graduate there are lots of opportunities to grow and up-skill during this current digital transformation we are going through too
