Hi Erin, yes you will work towards an industry-recognised qualification that will help you to take your career to the next level. For HR grad scheme, you will work to achieve a Level 7 CIPD professional qualification. LBG will take care of organisaing the training and costs.

Hi, yes it does! We are currently completing the CIPD Level 7 alongside our rotations for the next 2 years. It involves a full-day workshop roughly every 10 weeks, along with webinars and and assessments.

The support on the programme also includes a study leave when you need to submit an assignment or prepare for the exam.

Thank you Matthew and Rosary, it’s something that I’m hoping to be able to access as part of a grad scheme. What about Lloyds options for putting staff through a part time masters?

During the graduate programme, you would be expected to complete the relevant professional qualification. However, after this time - same as for other LBG colleagues: there are many opportunities to complete other professional qualifications/ apprenticeships (note that these opportunities will vary but there is a lot of focus on employee development)
