Hi Scarlett, for me it would be when in my first rotation, I worked on a project relating to mandatory training which looked at addressing the extensive training of all LBG colleagues from various business units across the group. Some of my responsibilities included collaborating with subject matter experts to bring learning enhancements to life. This included the core training elements that all colleagues complete.

For me so far I’ve been very involved with an engagement survey we have done for LDC, a subsidiary of LBG. It was impactful because we are really trying to find ways to make changes and help improve the employee experience in LDC on the back of these findings.

Hi! It’s only my first month but I would say a project I am working on at the moment which is redoing a diversity module for the whole organisation. Not only will this have an impact on employees across Lloyds, but it will help me connect with various different members across the group, learn from different people and also up-skill in various different areas. Also it is an area that I am really passionate about too so that is an added bonus!
