How many HR graduate roles does the group take on each year and is HR integrated within the whole grad programme intake?

Hiya! It might vary between years but for the 2024 cohort there were 11 graduates that joined across three different hubs: Leeds, Bristol and Edinburgh

Hiya, do you know about the Occupational Psychology place how many are accepted?

And yes HR is integrated within the whole intake! In terms of Occupational Psychology I believe that is a much smaller intake I know in the Leeds office we only have two and in the Bristol office there is one! So that might be 3 altogether

Across all schemes there are over 500 graduates and apprentices. 11 is just for HR

Hi, good question! Each of the grad scheme specialties are slightly separated depending on what programme you have chosen, however we have had several events joining all 500 of us together which has been a great way to meet other people not in your programme.
