Why would an application be rejected after a few minutes of applying, despite meeting the minimum requirements?

Hi Caitlin - I can confirm I am a British citizen and have been since birth, hence require no sponsorship. Further to this I have also emailed the address you have provided since the 3rd of October and till present have not received a response. What would you advise to do in this scenario?
