Thank you for your question Luis. So I work in the recruitment team so I can give an answer from that perspective. I am sure others will have their own experiences. Within the recruitment team, we have colleagues from many different backgrounds - different ethnicities, genders, colleagues with disabilities and those from different economic backgrounds. The input in developing a recruitment process is very important so that we develop a process that is fair and consistent and allows everyone to be their best. So an example is the development of online tests and alternative assessments to support candidates with disabilities. Diversity and Inclusion is at the forefront of the Lloyds Banking Group values.
