As a recent graduate seeking a career in Tech/Banking, what would increase my chances of getting an interview at LBG?

I joined as a graduate with no experience and just an academic background but I feel like the assessment process is really tailored for that. The expectations as graduates is not to know everything from the start, but I think find out about the company, about the LBG values and just be yourself in the initial interviews and especially the assessment centre.
