Lloyds is committed to supporting all career progression. Specifically for womens career progression, we have continued to drive progress around developing our talented women and are committed to their progression and recruitment through our existing activities and networks. For example, within Finance we run a women in finance programme and also we run similar targeted programmes within the technology space. We have a women's network called Breakthrough which has run a series of virtual and face-to-face events, including Girl Power Half Hour, a 12-week programme to help with personal and career development, sessions around working in tech, and joint events with our other colleague networks, including senior role model events. As a group we have set goals to increase gender diversity at senior levels and are committed to stretching our targets, by 2025 we aspire to have 50% of women in senior roles.
