I've seen online that Lloyds does lots of work around inclusivity/diversity. Do you feel like this is upheld day to day?

Yes definitely. LBG actively promotes inclusivity and diversity. There are always lot's of events going on to learn more about how to help too. For example, there was a neurodiversity hub in bristol last week where you could learn more about what LBG does to support neurodiverse colleagues and how you can help too!

That's definitely the case and i think they make sure that even through out the recruitment process you are looked after by giving you slight extra time for some assessments similar to how unies have reasonable adjustments.

From day one you instantly feel like you're in an inclusive environment, no matter your background. Your learning goals or career aspirations are accomodated for even if they differ from your current role. There are lots of events taking place year round and loads of social communities within Lloyds.

I strongly feel like Lloyds promotes inclusivity and diversity on a day to day basis with many opportunities to put yourself out there for your own personal development. I believe they also have ambitious targets to increase diversity in senior roles, including having 50% women and 13% Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic colleagues in senior positions by 2025. There are also various colleague networks that you can be a part of and involve yourself on a day to day basis, such as the Access network for colleagues with disabilities.
