What is the work-life balance like?

The work-life balance at Lloyds is great! Usually your hours are from 9-5 (or you can do 8-4- whatever suits you!). The environment within the office as well is definitely worth mentioning as it's very relaxing and accomodates to your needs :)

it's very flexible - as jude says the hours are flexible and also there is a 2 day work in office policy and the rest you can WFH if you want.

What are the requirements that need to be checked for the role as I got rejected immediately after applying

Thanks for your question. I am sorry you got regretted immediately. There could be a number of reasons for this - are you in the penultimate year of study, do you have a visa in order to work in the UK, are you on track for a 2:2 degree classification
