Yes definitely - there are many benefits within Lloyds which allow this, such as the hybrid working policy as well as flexible summer to name a couple!

I am able to maintain a work-life balance at LBG. I work hard within my hours and occasionally do extra - but this is occasional and my decision. There is no pressure to work over your hours. My line manager and I have a good working relationship and I feel that I could talk to her if I felt that I wasn't having a good work-life balance and she would support me with this.

To stand out, I would talk about the skills you have gained from your gap year. What you did, what you learnt and how this will help you in your future career.
