Hi Mohammed Arif, thank you for your question. Before my assessment centre, which included a 121 interview, I was quite nervous as this was my first assessment centre and I had no work experience in banking or finance.
However, once I started my interview, all my nerves were put at ease as it was clear that the interviewer was interested in my motivation for applying to LBG, my other past experiences, what my transferable skills were and my values and so these would be the areas I advise you prepare for. I would also suggest you have a good commercial awareness and keep up to date with Lloyds in the news.
I also found the interview a good opportuntiy to understand Lloyds' culture and values and if this would be a good fit with my personal career ambitions and values - I'd advise you to take the opportunity during the assessment centre where appropriate to ask colleagues questions about their experiences working for Lloyds.
I hope that helps and best of luck!
