Hi Sally,

Thank you for your question, and welcome to the session. There are fantastic prospects post apprenticeship and this is supported by the design of our apprenticeship programmes. During the programme, you will gain both practical work experience and education relating to that specific field of expertise.

Combining this experience with your understanding of the company and the support of both your colleagues and the apprenticeship team, you will be in a fantastic position to apply for a role.

Apprenticeships are truly a fantastic way to kickstart your career and there are plenty of opportunities to further build skills through volunteering.

Hope this helps,

Robbie

You will enjoy group-wide pay increases however, the biggest pay increase you will see is when you complete the programme and apply for a promoted position if this is something you are keen to do.

Hopefully this helps

Hi user,

Our internal system functions using grades, typically (A-G). Most apprentices will start as a grade B or C, and when I’m referring to a promoted position I’m talking about moving from a B to C or a C to D. With this promotion you will see a significant increase in salary
