(IT roles) Have you as an apprentice had any moments where you solved something tricky or learned something surprising?

MS Planner was new to me - you may well know about it if you're interested in IT. I self-taught through a course then found a colleague from another team who knew about it. They walked me through how to use the programme. I shared it with my team and now we are using it to coordinate tasks for National Apprenticeship Week and Scottish Apprenticeship Week across the team. It's a great project management tool which is now pretty simple but at first scared me a bit!
